Website Design
Inspirations can provide a complete package from the start to
the launch of your website, this includes domain name
registration, hosting package including your email and the
design or makeover of your website. This way Inspirations
can provide everything that is required for your website to
become fully functioning.
Once Inspirations
has discussed your needs a quote for your website can be
provided. Quotes are provided for each individual project
because they are so diverse, the number of pages required,
visual effects and search engine marketing expectations.

Domain Name
Registration
Domain name registration, renewals and transfers can be provided
by Inspirations and cost $25 per year for a .com, .ca or .com.au
domain extensions. To register a domain yourself of to
check availability of a domain that you would like to purchase

Hosting
Packages
Hosting packages start at $10 per month ($AU & $CAN) and are
billed quarterly. Hosting packages include, your website
hosting, unlimited email accounts including anti spam software,
web site statistics, PHP Script, CGI Script, Shopping Carts, My
SQL, and technical support.
Maintenance
Packages
It is very important that your website be kept up to date with
all your current information. This is called website
maintenance. Each website has different maintenance needs
and an individual package can be provided for you. These
can be an hourly fee or a per item fee and your individual
package will depend on the amount of changes needed and the
extent of each change. Small changes such as a simple text
change can usually be performed within 24 hours and can be as
little as a $1.00 fee. For larger changes Inspirations
will provide a length of time it will take to perform the update
and a cost.
Search Engine Marketing
Search Engine Optimization
Search Engine Marketing is integral part to your website
completion and submissions must be performed so that your
website is indexed within the various Search Engines.
Search Engines spider or crawl your website looking for specific
information so that when the user types in keywords or phrases,
your website is found. There are many different techniques
used to optimize your site for preparation for the Search
Engines. When Inspirations performs an initial design or
makeover to a website the optimization techniques are applied.
Inspirations can perform Search Engine Optimization to an
already existing website if your website is not performing up to
your expectations. Inspirations will discuss the keywords
you have selected, the size of your website and extent of the
changes needed on your website to obtain the results you expect.
Search Engine
Submissions
Search Engine Submissions are required so that your website is
placed within the Search Engine index or directory. There
are many different options and costs for search engine
submission and Pay Per Click (ppc) packages but these will
depend on your individual needs and your marketing budget.
I have found the best organic Search Engine results are found
when submitting websites manually. It takes a longer than
simply using a service but gets you the desired results.
The Inspirations Search Engine Submission package is $200 and
submissions are recommended quarterly.
Search Engine
Ranking
Search Engine Ranking is also important. If you don't know
how your site is doing on the search engine, submissions can an
overwhelming and costly process. However if you track your
ranking progress you can look at your sites ranking and strive
to achieve top 10 results and even No 1 position.
Inspirations recommends a Ranking Report Quarterly and previous
to your next batch of submissions.
